Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 1, 2024

Welcome to DeSpark Productions. By engaging our photography and cinematography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Service Value

  • Our rates are fixed to ensure that the services you receive exceed your expectations.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable initial deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
  • Payments are divided into four stages:
    1. 50% advance at the time of booking.
    2. 25% during the event.
    3. 15% upon receiving raw photos (15 days post-event).
    4. 10% at the time of final delivery of all products (albums, videos, edited photos).
  • Deliverables are provided as a complete package only.

3. Data and Deliverables

  • Raw Photos: Must be collected within 15 days of the event.
  • Selections: Edited photo and album selections should be submitted within 1 month of receiving raw photos.
  • Retention Period: Data will be deleted if no updates or communication are received within 2 months.
  • Deliverables include cinematic videos, highlights, and digital albums.

4. Event Coverage and Timings

  • Standard event coverage lasts a maximum of 4 hours, including couple shoots at the venue.
  • The team will be present from 7:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Additional charges apply for extended hours.
  • For home-based events, the team will leave after 4 hours unless additional time is arranged.

5. Couple Shoots

  • A minimum of 1 hour is required for couple shoots to ensure high-quality results.

6. Pre-Event Meetings

  • A pre-event consultation with the bride and groom is recommended to discuss ideas. Meetings are scheduled by appointment only.

7. Outstation Events

  • Additional charges apply for travel and accommodation for outstation events.

8. Editing and Revisions

  • Photo editing is minimal and natural; excessive alterations are not provided.
  • Video revisions are allowed once, free of charge. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
  • Albums undergo an approval process before printing.

9. Data Delivery

  • Raw photos are provided via a download link, valid for 7 days. Ensure timely downloads.

10. Misconduct Policy

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy: Misbehavior towards any team member will result in immediate termination of services without refunds.

11. Liability

  • DeSpark Productions is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or personal mishandling.

12. Data Removal

  • After 2 months of delivering final albums and videos, all associated data will be permanently deleted.

13. Event-Specific Terms

  • Testimonial Shoots: These are conducted at a single location after the event and are not included on the event day.
  • Cinematic Videos: Highlights last 2-3 minutes, while full cinematic coverage ranges from 10-40 minutes, depending on the event.
