Yes, our charges are fixed, and we make sure the services provided surpass your expectations but right now, we offer 10% flat discount on all packages.
Q2: Is an early payment mandatory?
Yes, an advance payment must paid at the time of booking confirmation. Please note that the payment is non-refundable in case of booking termination.
Q3: What is the mode of payment?
Our payment process divided into four stages:
- 50% advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- 25% throughout the event.
- 15% after getting raw pictures 15 days post-event.
- 10% at the time of final supply of the albums, videos, and all pictures.
*All items provided as a whole bundle.
Q4: How lengthy do I have to gather raw pictures and submit my selections?
- Raw pictures must collected within 15 days of the event.
- Album/edited picture selections should submitted within 1 month of collection.
- If we do not get informs or selections within 2 months, your files will be removed.
Q5: Do you offer pre-event meetings?
Yes, we endorse a pre-event meeting with the bride and groom to deliberate thoughts for the shoot. Meetings decided by appointment only.
Q6: Are there extra charges for outstation events?
Yes, outstation events include extra charges for the team’s travel and accommodation.
Q7: How much time is required for a couple shoot?
We need at least one hour for the couple shoot to make sure high-quality outcomes.
Q8: What is your rule on event timings?
- Our crew will be at the venue from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Extra charges will apply for long hours.
Q9: How many photos will you take, and how many can I select for my album?
We take unlimited photos throughout the event.
You can select the best 60 pictures for your album.
20 couple portrait pictures and 40 family mix pictures.
Q10: What is the length of cinematic highlights and coverage videos?
- Cinematic highlight videos are 2 to 3 minutes long.
- Cinematic coverage videos range in length from 10 to 40 minutes.
- The duration may vary depending on the event.
Q11: What if a guest misbehaves with your team?
- Cinematic highlight videos are 2 to 3 minutes long.

Q12: How raw photos delivered?
Raw photos shared via a download link valid for 3 days. Make sure you download them within this period.
Q13: Cinematic video changes allowed?
No, we do not allow video changes.
Q14: What is the album design procedure?
- We design the album and show it to you for approval before production.
- Any other changes may spread the delivery time.
Q15: How long does event coverage last?
Event coverage lasts for a maximum of 4 hours, with the couple shoot at the venue.
For home-based events, the crew will leave after 4 hours unless extended time is decided.
Q16: What happens if records is lost due to unexpected situations?
We are not responsible for data loss affected by acts of nature, data corruption, or camera snatching.
